In this role, you will help us achieve key business goals by contributing to the automation and systems development for a suite of applications that support pricing, trading, hedging, pooling, and shipping functions.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>🔧 Develop, maintain, and improve applications using the latest tools and techniques (Ruby/Rails, RSpec/NUnit, .NET, C#, Agile Methodologies, Web Services) <br>🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet project deadlines <br>🚀 Prepare software for deployment to production environments <br>🛠️ Respond to and resolve questions and issues logged by users of a live system <br>📊 Manage small projects independently and work as a team member on larger projects <br>💡 Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values <br>📈 Utilize BDD/TDD techniques during development</p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><p>🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience <br>💼 5+ years of relevant work experience in application development <br>📈 Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum <br>💾 Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) <br>🔍 Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and unit testing <br>🐧 Experience with Linux and open source software <br>💰 Financial services experience, especially related to mortgages and mortgage-backed securities, is desirable</p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)</b></p><p>🛠️ Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) for application deployment <br>📊 Experience with API development and integration <br>🧩 Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD) <br>🔍 Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices <br>📈 Previous experience in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams</p><p><b>Compensation &amp; Benefits</b></p><p>Competitive salary: $90,000 – $150,000 per year <br>🏥 Health, dental, and vision insurance <br>🌴 Paid time off and company holidays <br>🕒 Flexible work schedule and remote options <br>📚 Career growth and learning opportunities</p><p><b>How to Apply</b></p><p>Please contact us directly.</p>
